Mesquite Investors Group LLC is the HawkRidge Condominiums’ developer and an affiliate of Knoblauch Enterprises LLC of Minnesota. Knoblauch Enterprises was founded in 1980 by its president, Joyce Knoblauch, a real estate entrepreneur and business consultant with many years of experience in building and development. Mesquite Investors Group LLC concerns itself primarily with Southern Nevada real estate interests, with each investment guided by pragmatic, ethically minded management.
 
Encompassing 152 units in five phases at build out, HawkRidge Condominiums represents the Mesquite Investors Group’s largest development project in the Southwest to date. Knoblauch herself believes in handling each real estate project by combining a strong vision of the final product with a hands-on approach. HawkRidge is no exception.

In fact, the principals of Mesquite Investors Group have been, and will continue to be, actively involved in the finishing of HawkRidge Condominiums.
